As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to management and staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct performance management and coaching, including performance appraisals and development plans
  • Manage employee data and records, including personnel files and benefits administration
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including induction programs and ongoing training
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law and employee relations
Requirements:
  • Formal qualification in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a residential aged care setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
