Geologist Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Geologist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill a technical role focused on engineering geology for mining projects consistent with your experience/background. You will be responsible for conceptual and detailed investigations for foundations conditions, in situ material properties, construction materials, and construction monitoring of mine waste tailings and waste rock storage facilities.
  • Contribute to engineering reports, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities, and cost estimates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field;
  • RPGeo certification or eligibility to apply within 24 months of joining;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software and tools;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
