Requirements:
- Proven hospitality or retail leadership experience, with a strong track record of success.
- Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team.
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Current industry RSA and Approved Managers qualifications.
