Post Office Assistant - Part-Time Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to fill the role of Post Office Assistant in our vibrant and friendly Australia Post outlet. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills and grow within a dynamic postal environment.

This part-time position involves working 10-15 hours a week, primarily on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays. As a Post Office Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash and transactions accurately, and processing postal services and retail products.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, with proven cash handling skills.
  • Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexible availability, including weekday shifts and occasional Saturdays.
  • A reliable car and a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
