Job Title: Mining Equipment Manager

Mt. Thorley Warkworth is one of Australia's largest open pit operations.

We are seeking a skilled individual to manage mining equipment, ensuring safe and productive operation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large mining fleets, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of safe and productive practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and allocating mining equipment
  • Ensuring data integrity within the fleet management system
  • Communicating with stakeholders for efficient operation
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting fleet management system issues

A self-motivated individual with well-developed problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage competing work priorities is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Management: Manage and allocate mining equipment to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and reliable data within the fleet management system.
  • Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to achieve efficient and effective operation.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the fleet management system.
