Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Manager - Creative to lead our internal creative studio. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for aligning all creative execution with our brand visual identity, direction, and campaign brief objectives. You'll work collaboratively with our marketing team and external creative agency partners to deliver outstanding work on brief, on budget, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the creative studio team to deliver high-quality creative work that meets our brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand visual identity and ensure all creative work aligns with our brand direction.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team and external creative agency partners to deliver campaigns that meet our objectives.
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional creative work.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of creative professionals and partners to support our creative needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior creative role, preferably in a retail or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand visual identity and creative direction.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring team members.
