Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Game Development Artist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sculpting, modeling, texturing and shading high-resolution models for game development.

The role involves working closely with other artists to ensure the highest quality output and collaborating with the development team to achieve the best possible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sculpting high-resolution models for baking/re-topologising into game-ready assets.
  • Creating 3D real-time game-ready models.
  • Unwrapping and baking of assets.
  • Creating 2D texture maps.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience with Maya or other 3D modeling software.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and ZBrush.
  • Familiarity with PBR techniques and Allegorithmic texturing packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

While not essential, the following skills would be highly beneficial:

  • Interest in human anatomy.
  • Understanding of and interest in sports.
  • Working knowledge of UE4 or Unity.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
