The Team Leader in Children, Youth & Families Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing service delivery and leading a dedicated team of Support Specialists, Practitioners, and Workers.   • Provide Leadership: Guide the team to provide high-quality care and support to foster and kinship carers, families, and children.
