Master Sailor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Sailor to join our team at SeaLink Whitsundays. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while operating our award-winning adventure marine tours.

• Deliver high-quality tours that exceed customer expectations
• Maintain the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew members
• Operate vessels in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth tour operations

• Current first aid, CPR, and O2 certification
• Safe approach to vessel operations and environmental preservation
• Ability to lead a small team with effective communication, motivation, and a one-team focus
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
• A flexible and adaptable approach to provide the best tour experience possible
• An understanding of maintenance and marine mechanicals
• The ability to work across a 7-day operation
