Job Title: Early Childhood Education Professional
- Deliver instructor-led training and conduct assessments to students from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing a supportive learning environment.
- Create and maintain an efficient classroom setup that fosters effective learning, ensuring all resources are accessible and well-organized.
- Develop and implement customized professional development plans for instructors and assessors, aligning with industry standards.
- Provide administrative support for training delivery, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
- Maintain required certifications, including Working with Children's Check and Police Check, and possess a valid driving license.
Requirements:
- Current industry experience in Early Childhood Education, preferably with a focus on trainer-assessor roles.
- Proven ability to manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
