Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Local Heavy Vehicle Driver to perform a variety of tasks including loading and unloading trailers, making local deliveries and pickups around the airport precinct.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading interstate trailers with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Making local deliveries and pickups in a safe and timely manner.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring high levels of attention to detail and focus on safety at all times.
  • Being flexible and adaptable between warehouse duties, driving and office responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HC Licence (MC License is advantageous).
  • A valid forklift licence.
  • Approx 2 years experience in using the forklift.
  • Good driving history.
