Customer Experience Specialist

This role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional guest experience at our hotel. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and have a significant impact on their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities- Process guest arrivals and departures, room assignments, and room change requests
- Secure payment, activate/reissue room keys, and resolve guest calls
- Anticipate guests' service needs and act on them whenever possible
- Maintain customer loyalty through innovative issue resolution and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests
- Process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection, record transactions, process payment, and run reports
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Thorough follow-up, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to emotionally connect with guests and provide superior levels of service
- Conflict resolution experience
- Flexibility to work on a 24-hour rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends
- Experience with property management systems (advantageous)
- Full working rights for Australia
