Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

This role requires the ability to work at multiple locations in Southeast Brisbane, reporting to the Facility Manager.

  • Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and leadership to care clinical staff.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and standards relating to aged care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for aged care.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assess and monitor the overall health and wellbeing of elderly residents.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  3. Lead initiatives to improve the quality of care provided using best practices and evidence-based approaches.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns or feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Confident and capable clinician with a strong understanding of AN-ACC and Aged Care Accreditation requirements.
  • Highly developed case management and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.
