About the Role

Bunnings is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor to join their Mornington Warehouse team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will provide support and guidance to the team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with inducting and training new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee workflow and ensure that merchandising standards are met, aligning with business requirements.
  • Coordinate stock and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize sales.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
