As a Strategic Financial Market Leader, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our Financial Markets Compliance team. Your key responsibilities will encompass providing dedicated business-facing compliance support to the Financial Markets and Treasury businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic alignment across the FM and TSY by ensuring comprehensive compliance strategy execution.
  • Drive a best practice approach to compliance risk management, including conflicts management, through proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Maintain a positive and transparent relationship with stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive business success.
  • Provide timely and relevant compliance advice regarding FM's and TSY's business activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Facilitate face-to-face training sessions to address regulatory and business requirements, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development among team members.
  • Undertake completion of Business As Usual (BAU) compliance activities, including participation in the Product Approval Committee process for new products, completion of compliance assessments, breach reporting, and monitoring of domestic and global regulatory changes.
