The Role

We're seeking an experienced engineering leader who shares our passion for building high-performing teams. As our Chief Engineering Strategist, you'll drive technical excellence and foster innovation within our engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
