Job Title: Experienced Bus Driver

We are seeking a skilled and professional bus driver to join our team. As an experienced bus driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bus services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a bus efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Adhere to HSEQ policies and actively manage fatigue.
  • Perform pre-start checks, routine inspections, and refuel as necessary.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and punctually.
  • Follow company policies to promote a safe workplace.
  • Report hazards and participate in health, safety, and well-being initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A valid 'MR/HR' class license and PTA Bus Driver Accreditation.
  • Be a permanent resident of Australia or citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
  • Have held an unrestricted Australian driver's licence for at least 12 months within the last 24 months.
  • Be prepared to work varying shifts.
  • Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination with a company medical service.
  • Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and safe driving techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations and the ability to learn routes quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively read and comprehend instructions.
