About the Role

You'll be part of a small but dedicated team, working closely with senior executives to manage their complex schedules and ensure seamless daily operations. This role offers a unique chance to influence workplace improvements and take initiative on projects that enhance our office environment.

As our Assistant, you'll develop valuable skills in executive support while gaining exposure to high-level business operations across our APAC region.

  • Support the functions of the Office and Facilities team
  • Manage diaries for two C-Suite executives
  • Take the lead on diary and travel coordination for the Head of APAC and CFO
  • Be a trusted gatekeeper, making informed decisions about priorities and access
Requirements

To excel in this position, you'll require at least 2 years of experience in office and facilities assistance roles. Your background should demonstrate strong diary and travel management expertise, complemented by excellent communication, time management, and organisational capabilities that enable you to handle multiple demands effectively.
