Key Responsibilities
  • Operating machinery to meet production targets and ensure its condition is both mechanical sound and in a safe working state at all times.
  • Quality checks and adjustments to ensure product quality meets the required standards.
  • Fixing machine breakdowns and performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
  • Responsible for change overs, forklift duties, and removing tooling, auditing, and completing machine tooling cleans.
  • Identify potential process improvements and work with the Production Manager and Process Improvement Manager to find solutions and implement corrective actions.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a trade qualification in a relevant field, such as Fitter/Turner, Toolmaker, or Motor Mechanic. You will also need to have experience working in a manufacturing environment and excellent communication skills.
