Job Title: Software Engineering Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Architect to join our team. As a Software Engineering Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

  • Design and develop software solutions using industry-standard technologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing scalable software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • UKG Dimensions and WFC 8.1 certifications.
  • Extensive experience in configuring pay policies, accruals, and other modules.

About the Job:

This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
