Project Development Officer

This is a fixed-term position until 30 June 2026. As Project Development Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering metropolitan and statewide grant programs such as Pick My Park, Growing Suburbs Fund and Tiny Towns.
You will be responsible for managing projects through the full lifecycle, from program design and assessment to monitoring, review and reporting, ensuring outcomes that benefit communities across Victoria.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver grant programs, including project design, assessment, monitoring and review.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support program planning and evaluation.
- Collaborate with local government, delivery partners and stakeholders to overcome project challenges.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefings and procurement documentation.
