Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the sales performance of our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.
- Utilize superstar selling skills to contribute to the sales performance of the store.
- Build effective customer relationships and establish yourself as the expert to talk to.
- Work collaboratively as a team player to contribute to the store's success.
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom.
- Adhere to a safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment for yourself and your team members.
- Prior experience within the automotive industry or a mechanical background.
- Passionate customer service expertise, with previous retail and/or customer service experience.
- Experience/knowledge in the Automotive industry is strongly preferred.
- Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
- Flexible availability and a valid driver's license.
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility to work other days if requested.
