We're seeking a seasoned Android engineer to lead the development of our mobile applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable experiences.

The role involves architecting and building native Android apps from scratch, integrating machine learning models, and leveraging Compose and other Jetpack libraries. You'll also manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality Android apps using Kotlin and native APIs
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to create intuitive UIs
  • Integrate on-device ML models for real-time AI features
  • Define and implement best practices for mobile infrastructure and team growth
  • Work closely with iOS engineers to ensure cross-platform consistency
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional Android development experience
  • Deep knowledge of native Android APIs, Compose, and modern architectural patterns
  • Experience running ML models on-device is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with RESTful API integrations, offline storage, and performance tuning
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
