Our client, Sense Recruitment, is in search of a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role in the execution of an Enterprise Asset Data Model. This initiative aims to establish a tailored asset data model within designated systems, incorporating platforms such as SAP, GE Smallworld, ESRI, and Maximo.
Project Objectives:
The EADM Implementation project is focused on delivering a refined asset data model, alongside comprehensive reporting and system integration among essential systems of record. Key deliverables will include a Security Risk Assessment (SRA) for the project design, ensuring adherence to AAG standards across all critical outputs, including Solution Vision, Current State, and Future State Solution Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program Architecture.
- Review and document project solutions, ensuring they align with stakeholder expectations and the EAM Program Architecture.
- Conduct a Security Risk Assessment (SRA) for the project design.
- Collaborate with vendors and project teams to ensure all outputs comply with AAG standards for initial approval.
- Provide expert guidance to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team, influencing architectural decisions and updates.
- Engage with projects utilizing SAP, GE Smallworld, ESRI, and Maximo to ensure architectural consistency.
- Participate in architectural governance processes to inform critical project decisions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory standards, corporate policies, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications Required:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science).
- Extensive experience in defining and implementing ICT solutions across various architectural domains.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, governance, and Asset Management and Geospatial systems.
- Exceptional grasp of technical and organizational dependencies within the business.
- A balanced combination of IT and business insight, with a talent for leveraging technology to drive future business advantages.
- Proven ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and manage tasks to meet stringent deadlines.
