Project Engineer Specialist for Large-Scale Civil Infrastructure Projects

About the ProjectThe Lake Macdonald Dam upgrade is part of the Seqwater Dam Improvement Project in South East Queensland. As the contractor responsible for this significant undertaking, John Holland requires an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in its successful delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage on-site engineering functions, including coordination with subordinates and stakeholders.
- Ongoing monitoring of quality and quantities of incoming equipment and materials.
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of engineering completion, within budget constraints.
- Leadership and mentorship of direct reports, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and planning authorities to ensure satisfactory completion of structures and construction work.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years' on-site experience postgraduate.
- Strong experience in large-scale Civil Infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and commercial experience.
- Prioritization of health and safety.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
