Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Management Professional to lead the development and implementation of IT service management processes and procedures. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, analyze and resolve IT service management issues, and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT service management, with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
