Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and oversee office operations in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and handling confidential documents.
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects across the organisation.
  • Oversee office operations, procurement, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in administration, management, or related field (preferred).
  • Extensive experience in executive and board-level administrative support.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
