We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Boarding House Assistant. As a key member of the Boarding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of boarding students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pastoral care and support to students, supervising boarding students, and contributing to the smooth operation of the boarding house. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A commitment to the values of Catholic education
  • An ability to relate to and work with young adolescent people
  • Experience in caring for the academic, social, spiritual, and physical well-being of groups of adolescent students
  • Ability to relate to and work as part of a team
  • Hold a current full driver's Licence
  • Have or be willing to obtain a current Senior First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Have completed or are willing to complete the Australian Boarding Schools Association Duty of Care Course
  • Be available to sleep overnight during the week (Monday to Thursday) during each school term
