Job Title:

Data Analytics Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly technical professional specialising in Data Analytics and GenAI to collaborate with customers and partners to derive business value from the latest Data Analytics and GenAI services.

This includes participating in engagements with partners and customers, creating consulting proposals, and developing packaged data analytics service offerings.

Projects will involve proving the use of cloud services to support new distributed computing solutions that often span private cloud and public cloud services.

Candidates must have experience in database design and architecture, as well as consulting and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.

Australian citizens with the ability to obtain security clearance are preferred.

About This Role
  • Design and implement data analytics solutions using cloud services.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to help partners and customers learn and use cloud services.
  • Support the development of packaged data analytics service offerings.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration and Engagement

    • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
    • Participate in pre-sales visits and technical engagements with partners and customers.

  2. Data Analytics Solutions

    • Design and implement data analytics solutions using cloud services such as AWS Glue, Amazon S3, and Amazon DynamoDB.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of cloud services and their applications in data analytics.

  3. Packaged Service Offerings

    • Contribute to the development of packaged data analytics service offerings.
    • Support the creation of consulting proposals and deliver technical engagements with partners and customers.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
  • 10+ years of database (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience.
  • 10+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
  • Australian citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
