As a passionate coffee professional, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Our team is dedicated to serving the highest quality specialty coffee in a vibrant and welcoming environment.
This part-time role involves working 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills through our comprehensive training program and work closely with our experienced baristas.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the success of our cafe
- Previous experience as a barista or in a related field (1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evening shifts
- Competitive hourly rate ($21.19 - $35.11 per hour)
