Job Description

We are currently seeking an Onsite Residential Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As an Onsite Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential property management, including dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate preparation of all documentation related to residential tenancy in line with legislation.

In this role, you will manage ingoing and outgoing tenancies, complete entry and exit condition reports, and finalize tenancies/handovers. You will also conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain open communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will prepare Building Management Reports and attend Body Corporate Meetings.

  • You are passionate about offering excellent customer service.
  • You hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration – required.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
