About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Canberra Centre, Performance store to success. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing, motivating, and leading a team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Take ownership of the store's commercial success and analyze data to drive improvements
  • Lead by example, maximizing time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor
  • Conduct staff training and coaching to drive KPI performance
  • Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment
Requirements
  • Strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position
  • Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to succeed
