Strategic Engagement Associate

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team in Sydney.

As a Strategic Engagement Associate, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate findings to internal teams and present workstream results to clients;
  • Engage with industry experts and clients in interviews and undertake market research, data analysis, and modeling;
  • Build and maintain client relationships while taking ownership of client engagement workstreams;
  • Provide input into the development of new analytics tools and solutions;
  • Develop and maintain fluency in company and insurer strategies, products, leadership, and operations;

Requirements:

  • Experience in the insurance industry or business development roles within a financial services or consulting environment;
  • Excellent research and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions at all levels;
  • Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and ability to interpret data;
  • Ability to forge links and build networks with different teams;
  • A consistent record of delivering results with the ability to follow through on actions and track them to closure;
