Leadership Opportunity for a Brand-New Early Learning Centre

This is an exceptional chance to pioneer and shape a standalone Early Learning Centre from the ground up.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-assessed equivalent) or open to experienced Diploma holders
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a strong 2ic or Director
  • Strong background in recruitment, rostering, and team leadership
  • Proven ability to grow occupancy and build centre reputation
  • Deep knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, visionary mindset
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
