Job Title: Christmas Sales Assistants

We are seeking friendly and driven individuals to join our team as Christmas casual sales assistants.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.

You will also assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation, while working well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require a genuine passion for customer service and retail, great communication skills, and a team-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
  • Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
  • Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
  • Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for customer service and retail
  • Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Full availability from October to mid-January – especially weekends, late nights, and peak shopping periods
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
