Role Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide expert care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support and advise healthcare team members to ensure efficient coordination and provision of nursing care.
  • Coordinate intake, planning, assessment, evaluation and discharge processes for Rheumatology clients in an outpatient setting.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic disease healthcare principles, contemporary nursing theory and practice.
