About the Role
As a Hospitality Employee at IRT Group, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional hospitality services, including serving meals and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Supporting the overall well-being of our residents, including interacting with them and creating meaningful relationships.
- Working with catering staff to assist with meal preparation and delivery.
- Performing general laundry duties, including personal laundry.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience delivering hospitality or laundry services (desirable).
- A big heart – an empathetic approach and strong customer service skills.
- Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable).
- Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable).
- Availability to work a range of shifts.
