About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a specialist radiographer in a busy inner-city hospital environment. You will be responsible for performing MRI and CT imaging with autonomy, demonstrating professional expertise, clinical judgment, and competencies across complex modalities while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

As a specialist radiographer, you will participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to quality improvement (QI/QA), WHS & radiation safety initiatives, and continuous service enhancement. Additionally, you will deliver high-quality patient care with sensitivity to patient needs and psychology, ensuring accurate documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

You will also engage in ongoing CPD, support student education, mentor junior staff, and contribute to departmental in-service training, research, and evidence-based practice. This role offers the opportunity to enhance patient outcomes, share knowledge, and foster a supportive, learning-focused workplace.
