About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our SRE team as a technical leader, designing and implementing large-scale solutions that drive reliability, scalability, and efficiency. You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders to influence and engage the organisation on modern best practices for improving reliability throughout the SDLC.

As a Staff Engineer in our SRE team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing large-scale solutions that drive reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Influencing and engaging senior stakeholders on modern best practices for improving reliability throughout the SDLC.
  • Leading a culture of data-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation aligned to SRE principles.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Deep experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications and systems.
  • Strong experience with modern software development practices using tools such as git for source control, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience leading teams of engineers driving outcomes using observability tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
