Role Overview

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters the development of young minds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements
  • A recognised early childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends
  • Ability to travel between Goodstart services as required
