This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with partner leadership and delivery teams, driving alignment on best practices, project deliverables and outcomes, and partner enablement plans.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will review partner delivery capabilities to ensure they can deliver as designed, providing recommendations for improvement or co-delivery with Okta Professional Services when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into partner delivery teams' capabilities and goals to grow the practice.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with partner delivery teams to drive partner enablement and certifications.
  • Drive service delivery specializations and partner adoption within assigned regions.
  • Support partner onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement on how our teams work together.
  • Provide technical guidance, ensuring partner deployments meet Okta and industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business outcomes with partners and customers.
  • Develop joint customer success stories with strategic partners and/or Okta Professional Services.
  • Produce quarterly reports used for QBRs.
  • Work with the alliance team to position delivery assurance and other methods supporting partner-led implementations.
  • Prevent red accounts for customer implementations led by partners.
  • Partner with regional and global Partner Success teams for alignment with Okta's Partner business strategy.
  • Collaborate with professional services Sales teams to craft solutions meeting customer needs and accelerating their time-to-value.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in professional services, partner delivery, or consulting, with experience deploying identity solutions (Okta preferred).
  • Knowledge of identity security, authentication protocols, directory services, and security/compliance best practices.
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel business practices.
  • Experience creating and validating technical specifications while ensuring security standards and compliance are met.
  • Expertise in leading design review workshops to validate and steer solutions.
  • Identity security expertise (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, SSO) and API security (REST, OAuth, JSON).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, Python, Java).
  • Familiarity with open-source tools and development practices.
  • Familiarity with load balancers, reverse proxies, and web access management tech (e.g., F5, Oracle, NGINX).
