**Maintenance Team Member - Full Time Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Member to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that our training tracks, gardens, grounds, and surrounds are maintained to the highest possible standard. This includes mowing, brush cutting, gardening, use of tractors, and chemical spraying. Additionally, you will assist with track renovations as required, provide support during race day duties, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of WHS matters related to risk management, manual labor, and handling of chemicals used on the racecourse. You should also have general mechanical knowledge of machinery and hold a current driver's license. A greenkeeping/horticulture trade certification or other turf management qualification is highly desirable.

**Benefits:**
