Leasing Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Consultant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of 250 properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting open inspections and scheduling appointments with potential clients.
  • Responding to enquiries via phone and email, and reviewing applications.
  • Preparing approval letters and lease documents, and assisting with various tasks.
  • Carrying out ingoing and outgoing inspections, as well as routine inspections.
Requirements:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate and a valid driver's license.
  • A positive attitude, polished appearance, and a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday with a half-day off during the week.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.
  • Reliable vehicle.
