Senior Electrical Engineering Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions to clients across Australasia.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects, managing quality, budget, and schedule targets, and providing expert input in HV earthing system analysis & reporting. You will also be expected to coordinate project teams to meet deadlines and standards, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to business improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven HV earthing expertise, high proficiency in CDEGS (preferably), and experience with HV power systems (PTW, ETAP) desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an Australian-recognised institution is required, along with the right to work in Australia and strong client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Provide expert input in HV earthing system analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate project teams to meet deadlines and standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers to develop their technical and commercial skills.
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives, including professional development and training programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven HV earthing expertise.
  • High proficiency in CDEGS (preferably).
  • HV power systems experience (PTW, ETAP) desirable.
  • Australian-recognised Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Leadership skills and passion for mentoring.
