**Aged Care Opportunity**
We are seeking two experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at Oak Towers Aged Care, a 124 bed Residential Aged Care home located in the heart of Oakleigh.
This role will involve working within our Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff. Typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents, and their families.
About You- You are an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge.
- You have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- You currently hold, or are willing to obtain, a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- You have the ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts.
