About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for skilled maintenance plumbers to take their career to the next level.
  • We are looking for individuals who can interpret and implement commercial plumbing and maintenance plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to OHS and workplace safety policies.
  • Install, service, and maintain commercial sanitation systems, water distribution, and heating/cooling piping.
  • Inspect and maintain drainage, hot water, and other plumbing systems to comply with local and national regulations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, completing tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial plumbing and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including mechanical and technical components.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
