Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the individual needs of our residents and developing care plans that meet those needs.
- Leading the clinical care team and providing guidance and support to our carers and nurses.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate records of resident care.
- Contributing to the development of our care policies and procedures and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
This role requires someone who is able to think critically and make sound judgments, and is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.
