Key Responsibilities

  • Retain existing member base through proactive engagement and relationship-building

  • Maintain the cleanliness and 5-star appearance of the club
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, including phone calls and data entry
Requirements
  • Outgoing and bubbly personality with a genuine passion for the fitness industry
  • Strong sales background and ability to meet sales targets
  • Focused, professional, and reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Required certifications: First Aid/CPR, Police Check, and Working with Children Check
