About the Role

We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to work in a variety of settings across southern Adelaide, including medical wards, ED, surgical wards, mental health community, rehabilitation wards, palliative care, paediatrics, maternity/midwifery, drug and alcohol services, ICCU, HDU, perioperative, mental health acute, aged care, corporate nursing pool, neonates, and endoscopy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current practicing certificate and registration as a Nurse and or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation
  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritize workload
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing consumer/client and family-centered care
