Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water and Sewer Network Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Water and Sewer Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of small work teams to ensure they carry out objectives related to operating, constructing, and maintaining water and sewer network systems.

You will lead and motivate a team of field operators to achieve work targets and objectives safely and efficiently. You will plan and schedule work for your team, ensuring safety, productivity, and licensing requirements are met. You will manage the performance of field operators, delivering work activities that meet customer service levels, safety, cost, quality, and time objectives.

You will coordinate with other teams to ensure effective delivery of water and sewer services. You will implement traffic control plans and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
